I had my RD1 & RD2 rounds with DI for azure cloud engineer role and I have offer in hand of 15 lpa fixed, and have asked DI for 18LPA. I have total 4 years of experience with azure devops and cloud. Can anyone help me if I have quoted the right amount to DI team? I have also shared all the details with HR team before hr round discussion, please help with right suggestion will DI will come with the asked offer? Whats a good way to transition from Technology to Strategy consulting?

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. I received no email, text or app notification of the flight cancellation or the new flight we were placed on, so we missed it. My fear of being ghosted has become a self fulfilling prophecy. Everytime I like someone, I have panic attacks when I don't hear from them for a few days. How do I stop this cycle?
