I have 2.7 YOE in SAP ABAP. This October I will complete 3 Years and my salary will be revised. Can I switch immediately based on the Salary revision letter OR do I need to wait for 3 more months to get payslips to show to HR ?

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

Does company ask scheduled interview mail etc when we want to resign and said that i am getting an offer (which is just a word).
