Hi guys, i have given 2 interviews SAP Abap for different projects in Deloitte India & cleared both.
i got mail from 1st interview for uploading document but i am actually more interested in 2nd project.
There is last week in my current company.
And for both same email has been used by the recruiters who had called me.
Will it cause any issue? Cause for uploading the documents will have to use same mail and for 2nd project i havent received doc mail yet. just had HR discussion.

However, I have an interview scheduled for early this week where, after further research, I don’t think I would be very happy. Been interviewing for two months for an in-house position. Is this standard?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

Hi guys, I'm currently working on a freelance project remotely and the contractor is paying me well. But I've been looking for a full time job, I got one but the salary is lesser also their is work from office for 3 days a week without any cab facility. What should I do? Should I take this role?

I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Leadsquared is SaaS based company, i dont know if it comes under service or product company.!

Plus my main fear is, i heard we would be on bench, and if we do not get any project in 1 or 3 months, the they would kick us out.

Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
