I have my degree in mass media specialised in advertising and I have approx 8 months of experience as project coordinator in cyber security field but i think because of my non tech background I won't get that much opportunity as compared to IT background people and also i figured out that I don't have my interest in this field so the question is if I do my certification in UI/UX design then what i can expect is their job opportunities available and growth are good in future.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?
