I work for Deloitte USI, Hyderabad. My 60% team sits in Bengaluru which contains leads, and manager. I was allowed a wfh for 1 month due to an odd shift that my manager told . RN, policy requires 3 days to be in office. But to be true, there is not a very strict check on office. As of now, its been 50 days working from home, and no one has pinged/messaged regarding that. Can someone suggest how can i elongate wfh I want to work in same org for 2 yrs min, and now its 8 months. Deloitte

When is WFH ending ?

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much. I’m located outside of Chicago if that helps.

Leo group is remote until Sept 6 (unofficially) but offices are open now if you want to come in (Have to reserve a spot). No pressure to do so yet. Expected to be a hybrid model after, but it's all TBD.

Before covid and wfh, we were in gurgaon and we used to go to each other's places to have some "private time"

It looks like a distant luxury now.
Any ideas of what can be done? Anyone facing a similar issue who got any resolution?

I moved from being customer service at a call center to doing it remotely from home, and it's such a game changer. I just sit around in my pajamas, relaxed. Has anyone else switched to 100% remote work?

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there.
