Hi Guys, in 2018 I left Infosys within 2 months after serving notice during probation as I was not satisfied with project.when I'm applying to any new opportunities now it's simply getting rejected at initial screening. Does ex employees profile gets blacklisted if they leave in probation? I raised a ticket to helpdesk about it they said, they cannot consider me for opportunity due to some reason which cannot be disclosed? What options do I have if I want to pursue new opportunities?

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I want to join a start up in my industry but I need to rescind a job acceptance from a more establish company. I resigned from my old job and didn’t start the new job yet. Is the non compete I signed, as part of the job offer acceptance for the position with the bigger company, enforceable if I rescind my job acceptance before I actually start a new job? I don’t think it is. I didn’t receive a sign on bonus so no additional consideration was exchanged from my understanding of my law classes.
