I interviewed with Firm A months ago and accepted a position to start this upcoming fall. Group leader called me to offer the position back in November 2020. Besides interviewing with partners at the firms, and diligent follow ups notifying them of my interest to get started, no communication has transpired since.It turns out that I accepted a better offer w/ Firm B for personal reasons and won’t be going to Firm A. What is the best way to notify Firm A? Call/email group leader? Call/email HR?

Go to the Real Estate Bowl - some good people to talk to there. Also BiggerPockets.com articles and podcasts are supposed to be good too. I am planning on doing the same and have received some good info from all of the above.
I’ve been doing rentals as a big law associate for a couple of years. Bigger Pockets books are phenomenal. Long Distance Real Estate Investing, The BRRRR Method, and their books on taxes are all good titles. For *very* high-level insight and inspiration (sad that I need to make the disclaimer so clear because of how much people like to diss Robert Kiyosaki), I found Rich Dad, Poor Dad and the Rich Dad YouTube channel quite helpful.
Get a good grasp of the tax concepts. The puzzle comes together there
