I’ve joined an early-stage startup as one of the first 3 employees (excluding the 2 founders) pretty much right out of college with ~2y of internship experience and I also worked on my own startup for a year. The founders were very senior product and eng leaders in FAANG so the founding team is considered strong. Company has a product but nearly 0 revenue. They’ve offered me sweat equity of 1%, no salary for the unforeseeable future, and no co-founder title. Is this appropriate comp?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
