I got an offer from IBM for 12.4 lpa (11.5 gross). No joining bonus.
I have another offer who are paying me 18.7 lpa (17 fixed + 1.7 var) + 1 lakh JB.
My current CTC is 10.75 (8.05 + var) and YOE 3.6
Is it possible to negotiate with IBM.
I have left with 45 days notice period.

Boston Audit Senior 1 to FDD Senior 1, P Dubs has given me a verbal confirmation they’re giving me the offer. What should I expect for salary range at Big 4 if I end up actually getting one and is there room for negotiation in FDD? Just don’t wana underprice myself.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .
Generally How much time they take . Or should I consider that my application is rejected because of CTC issue.
