hi Had a TP2 client round interview at HCLTech last Friday. The discussion went well and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They asked a few basic questions related to my project and experience.
Now the position status is showing as “closed.” Wanted to ask others:
What usually happens after the client round in HCL?
How much time do they take to share results?
Is rejection still possible even if the round went well?
Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. I'm looking at applying to MBB (Preferably BCG) for a summer internship this summer. I'm a first-gen Oxbridge student, and while I have little experience in consulting along the lines of MBB, I did work in the city last summer as an sustainability consultant.

I'm curious how important it is to have a referral etc and what you'd recommend for applications opening in jan. Any advice is super appreciated I don't have any connections to the industry but it's something im interested in.
