Hi! Has anyone here easily pivoted from a Media Director (strategy & planning focused) to an Account Director role at an agency? The more media has shifted to be technical, the less I enjoy it. I’m more interested in (and more skilled in) the people side of the business (presentations, client relationship building, team training) than the technical side (tagging, tracking, reporting, pacing, campaign set up, in platform setup, etc.) and lately the technical tasks have become excessive in media.

Currently 23yo with $65k in cash and $14k in student loan debt. Not sure what the best course of action is. What would you do?
