Hi, has anyone made the jump between Assurance/IT Audit to a GRC consultant / tech advisory role? Currently trying to make the jump myself and would appreciate any advice or insight!

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Or just chill out? I just feel very confused. Are a lot of full time jobs like this?

I was hired and initial expections from Hiring manager was to do automation for functional team of which I have expertise. However I am moved in a team where They given me already set product outcome data and wanted me to fix the bug in it.

No on job training/ overview. Directly in production. Although Manager has asked to take time and do it but i feel anxious to do it. How do I deal with it? Any suggestion will be helpful.

I have been invited to participate in a 360 for a former manager. Per the email invite, my former manager chose the 360 participants although each evaluation is anonymous. This manager did not perform well. I am struggling with how to be honest and give examples and feeling embarrassed, imagining when she figures out that I wrote the comments. I have not submitted my evaluation yet. I would appreciate any advice.
