Hi ! How many days it take in Amex to release the offer letter after LOI. I received LOI last week Thursday and HR told me I will receive the offer letter by Monday or Tuesday. I was asked to apply on a job role on friday. And again asked to apply for a job role on portal. I am worried now, I haven’t resigned till yet and I will have to serve 90 days notice period, but joining date as per LOI is in 86 days and is coming near day by day.I haven’t resigned yet, waiting for OL. Pls guide me on it

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
