My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Does BNY Mellon not give anything in writing about the bonus that gets paid once a year?My cousin is negotiating an offer and they are only talking abt the fixed amount that will come on the offer letter and are assuring that the bonus will be paid out at the end of each year.
