I am a Data Engineer with expertise on GCP with overall 2.8 YOE. I have an offer from PwC India of 10 LPA fixed + variable pay. Is it a good offer to consider?
I also have an offer of 15 LPA (all fixed) from a smaller organisation.
I have tried negotiation with PwC HR based on the 15 lpa offer letter but they are stubborn on their offer figures. What should I do?

I’m not a biglaw attorney but have been working on a few matters with Wilson Sonsoni for some time. We have a good working relationship. Didn’t go to a T14, had middle of the pack grades. What’re the odds they’d consider me as a lateral in the Washington DC office? Is it even worth applying? Is a STEM background absolutely mandatory? I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
