I have offers from Pwc and Nagarro, difference between them is around 6 lpa on fixed, does pwc negotiate on higher offer?

Considering an offer to move to a (what I believe) late-stage start-up… 200+ million in funding through series A, B, C+ and have heard news of IPO next. I would be in a mid-senior role. Not sure how to negotiate on compensation package with consideration to equity as I’ve been in consulting since starting my career. Anyone have advice/suggestions?
