Don't agree with Infosys 1. It's your life and your decision to not be in a toxic work culture and focus on your mental well-being since the beginning of your career. The hustle is never ending but it can be on your own terms. If you wish to have a good work-life balance (and have a life apart from work), it's your right to go for that job, anyone who tells you otherwise is just another brainwashed crab dragging you down the well with them. Yes, these are your years to learn but also the right time to explore the world and inner yourself. Your responsibilities will only increase going forward and this time will never be back.
KPMG’s wlb is project dependent. I only had an issue when I was working with an ahole Manager who was trying to climb the ranks.
You are only 1.5 Yoe and you shouldn't be thinking abt wlb and job security at this stage. Just go with the higher pay and learn as much as you can.Keep focus on learning..
Please do not listen to Infosys1, at all.

Isnt tek systems c2h? Why don't you know well about your offers and jds and then ask for opinions?
I don't know much about KPMG, but I've been with TEK for a couple of years now, so I can give some insight on them.
The internal positions that are focused on work for TEK are pretty good.
Unfortunately, most of what they do are external contracts for clients. Those can vary wildly, and also depend on which department you're hired under (Staffing, Global Services, etc.). Contractors get treated like absolute garbage under Global Services, and WLB is almost nonexistent. Contractors under Staffing have it a lot better, but in the end still get shafted by TEK a good deal.
If you'll be an FTE with TEK and working on a client contract, you at least get decent PTO and year end bonuses.
