Current ctc is 10.07 , IBM is offering 20L.

I wanted to know is it worth joining IBM and how do we get allocated to projects there? Is it direct or you need to give some interview to get into the client project ?
It is a service company , that is why I am worried , I know how it feels sitting on the bench.

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). I understand life isn’t fair but is there an ethical problem with this?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

My colleague is going on maternity leave for 4 months and I was asked to cover some of her projects which are step up in responsibility than what I’m currently operating at. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
