How are the annual hikes in CBA , TIA ?
Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

If you have 9 LPA mentioned in increment letter then no issues. We need to provide proof to the company for the highlighted CTC
HRs will ask the fixed salary anyway
And start from there. They do not care about variable for negotiation as variable process is different in every organization
