Hi I got an email from EY after l1 interview which was technical and 7 days later I have received an email that you got selected and we are processing your candidature share the documents i have shared it.
Later on I have received a call for salary negotiation so I have discussed it .
after this I have received another call that your l2 interview will happen on coming Monday so I am bit confused about the selection process .

Kindly guide me so that I will be prepared for the same.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. I have cleared all my devops technical interviews and got HR round calls from 3 companies.
I have total 6.5 YOE and 3 years in DevOps domain and current salary is 6.1 LPA so can anyone suggest me how much salary should i ask in the HR round so I won't look to costly and not too cheap.
