Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. My designation here in pwc is Associate II. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?

I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.

13lpa is actually a good offer at 5years 11 months. But look for other opportunities on top of this as infosys will not provide annual hike to you atleast for next 2 years
