I got offer from hcl with 26 lpa and serving in NP With this counter offer i start negotiation with capgemini HR after one round of interview with 28 Fixed and she asked any negotiation on this i told 26 fixed i am ok and she didn’t giving timr she saying i am get back that’s it Now after second round also completed she is ready to release 26 LPA again from capgemini i asked fixed but she is releasing lpa .. Can any one help how to negotiate or any inputs to get 26 fix not lpa for 10yoe

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. I saw this townhouse in a prime location in my city for $350k (cheap for the area). The floors are all messed up though but the buyer said they’ll either lower the house price or give a credit for closing cost. There’s also a lot of nicks here and there (some locks missing from door, dents, scratches, stains, and some things are loose). But overall, the house’s architecture and design is so beautiful.
