Current CTC is 8.17 LPA and I have an offer from Capgemini for 13.5 LPA.
Cleared rounds with Zensar Technologies (HR discussion pending, quoted 15 LPA) and HCLTech (HR pending).

What CTC can I realistically expect and how should I negotiate?

Ok NOW I can finally say I passed all four parts of the CPA exam. I can’t even begin to tell you all how hard of a journey this has been for me and how much sleep I’ve lost throughout these past few months. It was all worth it though. I see people are announcing they passed on LinkedIn so just practicing again until I finally do.

Anyone have ideas for jobs that are a mix between administration and clinical work? I went to school for community health and have a lot of manager/patient coordinator experience under my belt, but I'm also a volunteer EMT and would like to start using those skills in my next job that I'm searching for.

Most titles I've found interesting are along the "medical assistants" role, but don't fit the bill cause I don't have an MA license
