- Can an employer deny experience letter if we choose to not serve notice?
- Can a firm hold salary for entire notice period or just the last month?
- Can an organisation deny buy-out options?
- If an organisation do not acknowledge the resignation email doest it stands accepted?

I got an offer from Aptiv for $100,000 + 5% annual bonus + $2,500 signing bonus. This is a new grad role for Algorithm Engineer located in Los Angeles, CA.

I'm thinking about negotiating but I have no idea how to do that. Can anyone give me any tips? Or any feedback on how good/bad this offer is?

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
