- no, denying experience letter must have stronger reasons than not serving notice. However, if you personally choose not to serve the notice and go missing then yes they can deny.
- salary of the last month goes on hold and is paid as F&F after 45-60 days. Example: you resigned on 15th Feb, serve 60 days’ notice and exit on 15th April. You get paid for Feb and March, only the 15 days in April goes on hold.
-buyout option is always subject to terms and conditions. Only if you have no responsibilities towards the company (KT completed, current commitment to current project addressed) that is when buyout is taken into consideration else no.
-that’s dependent. If your company takes resignation in any tool, then that tool will reflect your LWD. In that case email confirmation is not of the highest importance.
However, always discuss with your manager and send email. And take that email confirmation on acceptance. It’s not important by law, but it’s morally right. Shows good work ethic and a good relationship between you and your manager.
