I have an hr discussion with Siemens on Monday. With current CTC 9.1 LPA, can I ask for 20 lpa fixed component(I'll be joining within 30 days) will there be any joining bonus. If yes, will hr inform me or should I ask about it explicitly.
Ps: I have offer letter in hand with 15.5 fixed + variable as per company performance from EY. 6 more interviews are in HR discussion or offer release stage. Any thoughts welcome
