Hi, I have been jobless for more than 8months. I had quit my last job of recruitment to switch my career into anlyst role and joined a certification course too. But sadlybthe course was not upto the mark and the organisation failed to provide any career assistance. I lost my savings on that and now left with a very minimal amounts which is not even enough to survive.

Please help me getting a job. I have total 9months of experience inclding 6 months recruitment and 3 months of internship.

How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? I’ve been irresponsible and made mistakes, but wondering if I can switch jobs now or if I’m best off waiting 1-2 years and cleaning up my credit first.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
