Hi, i have been offered almost same as my current company for lead consultant position having 15 year exp in c# for hyderabad, tried negotiating but recruiter is saying they have this budget (include) only. Total target cash is showing lesser than my current base gratuity, insurance and variable is separate in my current company.
I am planning to decline the offer, Do recruiter have multiple budget option or is it absolutely non negotiable.
