Hi, I have been working as a Devops Engineer for the past 1 year and 8 months, even though around 6 months was an internship, and my salary right now is 5LPA and the work is super loaded and I don't even get the weekend to spend on myself and the payment is very less for the work my organisation expect me to do. I tried switching to another organisation and didn't get any replies, also I have found that minimum 3 year experience to switch to another organisation as a Devops Engineer.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes.
