I have been working in SAP analytics for the last 8 .2 years. My current CTC is 30 LPA.I have given interviews in TCS and Accenture. I have cleared my technical rounds but not clearing my HR rounds.they are saying,I am already at a higher package and not giving even 20 per hike. Any suggestions??

I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next
