I have completed round 1 deloitte on Jan and for round 2 they have scheduled on Jan 27th I was not available that day so again they rescheduled on Feb 17th panel was not available that , in careers page it's showing as interview in progress . I am pinging hr for schedule availability but no response from them yet..
Is there anything else I can do ? Since its already been more than a month from my 1st rnd. Is there any hope in here to expect the schedule for 2nd rnd

How do I strategically discuss or negotiate remote work abroad in an interview or when verbally handed the offer?

I am currently interviewing a few of companies. I want to be able to travel (abroad) and work. Time zone isn't an issue, I can work at the same time zone or ensure significant time overlap.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
