I have two offers currently
redBus (13 LPA -- 11.7 fix , 1.3 variable)
Tech will be golang.
PWC (15 LPA -- 12 fix , 3 variable)
Tech will be Java Backend.

I want genuine advice , what should I do. ?

I got selected in kpmg india and its been more than a month ,I hv not been alloted any project, what should i do ,should i keep my options open outside?do they lay off?

Would like some opinions about how likely it is to make product analytics self serve by PMs? Anybody have success here? Or is it hopeless to think that product managers can pull their own data, look at their own dashboards, and do basic data tasks themselves?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa

Is it okay to decline an offer( from a startup ) 2-3 days before the joining date?. I don't intend to do this but i am stuck in a situation where the other company is taking time.
