I have got 2 offers in hand. Which organization should I join based on long-term growth and career development opportunities: MasterCard- Pune with a 19.5 LPA CTC and a 2 Lakh joining bonus, or UKG- Noida with an 18.6 LPA CTC and a 1 Lakh joining bonus?

i applied for a snr consultant role in consulting (strategy & ops, indus. redesign & innov.) and saw my app. got shortlisted. this role looks more suited for me and im super interested in it, more so than my prev. exp at D but you never know haha. whats the process like/how likely will i progress?

I’m currently a quality control analyst in the biopharma/gene therapy field making 72k base in the Houston area. I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. I see companies (smaller and larger) that potentially can give me that but would it be worth it? My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about.
