Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

Netcracker Technology Corp. I recently gave interview for the Netcracker Technol.During the initial calls they confirmed my current salary and expected salary. Then they proceeded with the technical rounds and finally HR round was also cleared. They asked me to wait for the offer letter as they required approval from business. After a week when I got no updates on the offer letter i texted them asking about the same. They replied me on the text that the business did not gave approval for the offer. TBC in comment section..
How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.
We would like to inform you that you have been selected in final interview with Mindtree. We are currently in process of taking your candidature for further processing.

But all things being equal Accenture … am based out of US and whenever visited offshore the teams were always in a Party mood and happy
I moved like 20+ yrs back .. was a bachelor then .. dint really matter much than getting used to the food choices at that point in time. Very different story now
Both are very similar but job security at wipro may be perceived better than at Accenture. But Accenture is a bigger brand and so is a good organization to have on CV. Wlb will depend on project you are in.. both are not very bad in this regards.. wipro you will also get additional amount to buy medicines etc on submitting Bills. I think the amount is close to 30K which is in addition to your salary. I would have picked Accenture because getting into wipro is much easier and so you can always try it later in your career also.. try and renegotiate with Accenture and see if they will atleast match base salary with that of wipro..
Go for Accenture. Accenture has many cloud projects along with dot net. So better tech stack
Forgot to mention. Location is Bangalore.
I would say Accenture because the name recognition holds more value personally. PM1 makes a good point about Wipro being easier to get into. It's more pay and a better name personally
