Hi, I have one final round of interview with Kipi for Business Analyst role. I'm currently at 22 lpa and have asked for 32 lpa. Can anyone tell me how the work culture is at Kipi, if it is stable there as it is very new. Can someone guide me on the CTC range how much should I ask for? What is the average CTC for a BA and how it the work for a BA? TIA!

Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.
