I have received offer from LTI Mindtree for Principal Associate role. My notice period is 2 months however they have released the offer letter with joining date before 10 days of my notice period. I have requested release the offer with new date. HR is ok to share but only by end of May month they will share

Can I trust and go ahead and resign with out the new offer letter with new joining date and my current org can't release me early before my notice period.
