Yoga folks! I used to do yoga and exercise frequently. Things happened, getting back on the wagon. I'd love to work up to a daily practice even if it's just a few mins - but I do need to incorporate other programming as I've got some covid lbs to lose. 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I’m having offer from EPAM Anywhere of 19.4 lpa for 5 yrs React exp. But concerned about policies of EPAM anywhere. So I did not resign yet. Also cognizant and HCL delaying offer discussions due to 3 month notice period. Any suggestions how should I tackle the situation to get the offer?
