Hi, I have recently moved to NYC and am currently trying to move from financial services into a role with a sustainability/esg focus. I have completed the CFA ESG investing certificate and the SASB FSA. I have 10 years experience across multiple roles within accounting, asset management and security services. Has anyone successfully completed this move? Or have any advice they could share?

If you are US licensed attorney, how do you handle questions on GDPR? I am a junior in privacy practice in Big Law and am just trying to navigate this correctly. Was just on a call where a U.S. attorney gave a bunch of GDPR advice, and I just didn't realize that was ok?

Am I allowed to advise on GDPR compliance, even if not licensed in the EU? Does it make a difference if I am CIPP/E certified?

Looking for tips from seniors. I'm at A1 level at a litigation firm, stepping out of the deer-in-headlights phase. With the Partners assigning work to me in teams of 2-3, there's potential for growth. But with the sheer amount and depth of work on each case it's challenging to take on a more "adult" role.
