Since there's not much increment in my base pay will it be a wise decision to take considering brand name for long term career perspective?

Hi! I'm currently interviewing (3/6 interviews so far) for for an appeals manager role for DME. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

Hi team. I received my offer from Amazon and signed my contract a few weeks ago. I also resigned from my current company after agreeing on a starting date mid-January. Seeing the news of the hiring freeze worries me though - do we know if this applies to roles where offers have been extended? Could they retract an offer after I signed a contract? What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.

I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. If I can't successfully transfer I may have to look for work outside of my current employer.
