Hi, I interviewed at LTIMindtree at Kolkata on F2F drive on 21st September. After 2 weeks I got a call from HR that I have been selected for HR round. After 2-3 days of HR round they released the offer letter. I will be joining Ltimindtree on december. At HR interview they informed me about the project description I will be assigned to. I am looking forward to it, as I don't have any prior experience working in an MNC. I have 5+ YOE in total. What do you suggest? Should I switch or retain?
