Hi I just joined a new global company located in the US, it’s a fairly large organization. My job is a small chunk of the overall company, in the marketing dept as a designer. I was shocked to see that they not only do not have any proofreaders on staff or hire, but also no translation services. My question to you all is two-fold.
1) Who do you use for proofreading? 2) Who do you use for translation?

Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? Would you strongly advise against going in-house right after a state court clerkship? (No law firm experience in law school either). I don’t know if I want to become an in-house forever. Would it be difficult to get a law firm job at a later time?

How do you deal with unresponsive summers? I’m a junior and overseeing my first project with summers (5 in total). Two are unresponsive and do not acknowledge my emails. Do I need to make it clear that I expect acknowledgement when I assign work? The other three don’t have a problem with this, so I’m not sure what it is.

I tried to find the solution but couldn't get it.

I enabled the CORS policy and also added code for the production environment.
