In april 2021 i had joined firm x and absconded within 3week to join firm y. As they don't accept my resignation and not became ready to release.

If you are in niche skill , like cloud you can expect between 20 to 25 , as per current market standard .
Ask for 20 atleast and based on skills go up.
Cloud/Data - can go up to 25-26
Ask for 2.5x yoe
