My HR interview is scheduled to happen next week, but I'm not sure which job level and how much hike should I expect for 8.5 yrs exp?
Also, I've an offer of 17.5 LPA in-hand, how much should I ask?

When chatting compensation plan after my first full year, can I negotiate more? If so, how? Stocks are great and all, but I want more out of my base pay. I’m at Amazon BTW.

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
