A 2021 graduated candidate will go for non tech roles if they are not getting job in tech. Now , it's like impossible to get started in software engineer roles.

Th point is i never get a chance to work in a company. applied actively from 2021. Sometimes company respond tooo late or hiring is on hold , recession, there is no jobs in market.

I am facing this from 2021 , which resulted in a career gap . And I have no explanation. Please tell me what to do.

Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .
