I received an offer from EPAM and noticed that the Employer PF contribution shown in the salary structure is 7,711 per month.

Can anyone confirm whether this amount can be revised to 1,800?

The structure only mentions the Employer PF. Does the Employee PF contribution of the same amount (7,711) also get deducted from my monthly salary?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

Exploring finance roles (program finance, FP&A) in the Northern VA / DC area (HCOL) after 9 YOE as an active duty financial management officer. I am usually being offered senior financial analyst roles at about the $120K mark. I’ve been looking into roles with the tech industry but so far most of the offers have been from aerospace/defense/it services. Does this sound like a reasonable entry point and salary or can I reach for higher?

Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. No luck getting in non sox work at current firm.
