Hi,
I recently attended interview with FDM group UK. It was a 30 mins session with HR after a pre-screen session the before week. I took it on last Tuesday. The HR said that she would get back to me by end of the day but I still haven't heard back from her.

Anyone had similar experience with them? Is it normal to take time to reply or should I consider it a bad news?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
