I recently got interviewed at salesforce for LMTS role. However, they are giving me SMTS role.
I have 8 yrs of experience. Before starting the interview I confirmed multiple times and agreed for LMTS as I am at a lead position in my current organisation.
Should I be accepting this? And how much max does a SMTS get?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
