How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

A laughing response to this post is quite unprofessional. On paper and by law your pregnancy should not be held against you as a company cannot discriminate against your for it. In reality there are people who absolutely will, but won’t outwardly say it is the reason why. If I were you, I would not divulge any of your medical information or notions becomes absolutely necessary. That is not something that is necessary or legally required in the US. The biggest concern for you will be getting appropriate accommodations at whatever new position you land at. You won’t qualify for FMLA anywhere until you’ve been employed there for 12mo and if the company is unaware of it early they may not be as willing to accommodate your pregnancy (but can just blame it on something else due to at will laws). It will become a balancing act of when you divulge that information vs when you get hired. Good luck with everything your future holds and I hope you are able to find somewhere that is accommodating, and quickly.
You do exactly what you would do if you weren’t pregnant. Don’t volunteer it in interviews, and if they ask you about your family situation (they shouldn’t), politely say you’d rather not answer and bring it up with the hiring manager. That said, most companies require that you work there a certain amount of time before qualifying for certain maternity benefits. You’ll likely get the time off you need, but it may not be paid, etc.
You resigned without another job lined up?
In hindsight I agree. This does seem like bait.
