I was laid off from my previous job in October 2023 and have been applying for jobs since then, but I have yet to hear back from any. I interviewed for one company but did not hear back after three rounds of interviews, and I have a feeling that my interview did not demonstrate my abilities because I get very nervous while answering questions, and my answers reflect my lack of confidence. The rejection of the last few months is finally getting to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I applied to other positions in the same company. What about reaching out to previous co workers at a different company? Not sure how to navigate this… please help. Also I’m sorry if this is the wrong bowl to post in.

How confident were you that you landed a job after the second interview? My friends tell me the fact that I had a second interview is pretty much a guarantee that I will be selected. I am not so sure. So I thought I would check with the fish bowl.

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

I gave my round 1 interview last week and haven’t heard anything yet from the HR. Does this mean that I have been rejected? Will the HR send a mail incase I don’t get through?
