I really just want a new job and I think I’ll have more luck passing the interviews for smaller companies than the big ones. Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.
