I’m currently deciding between two offers and would love some advice.

Citi (C10) – 23 LPA base, role in the Operations Analytics team under Wealth Management.
Genpact – 26 LPA base + 10% variable, role in Retail Promotion Analytics.

Both roles are in the analytics domain, and I have about 4 years of experience in this field.

Considering the role, pay, and long-term growth, I’m trying to figure out which might be the better option for me.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
