“People in Toronto are really loving this billboard right now.” Why? Just why, NFA? I’m not sure what I’m more upset about, the creative or the obvious attempt to make a bland piece of creative something people care about by pushing advertorials about that bland creative that makes it sound like the next coming of Benetton.
“I was pleasantly surprised, though because I'm cis gender and a boomer. “ says Boomer that’s actually a 28 year old social media manager. https://www.blogto.com/city/2022/10/people-toronto-loving-billboard-right-now/

If you have an MBA, yes. If not, no.
Shit that's super low change jobs
5 years in - no
Agreed. Not underpaid
By the way my 125 example is not MBA
EY you make senior after two years where at firms like Deloitte, there is an additional level, so you make senior consultant after 4-5 years from undergrad so you can't compare levels.
5 years in without an MBA, from a top 25, at EY this is common in PI.
TAS pays more starting at approx 140k for target MBA's.
If you go up the chain at EY you are typically paid less than the market rate of Deloitte, ACN or PWC
I don't know when that even out happens or even if it happens. I doubt that.
I got promoted to Senior Manager at 150k. Is it just bc I'm not in NYC or Chicago or high cost city or was I extremely underpaid? I got an adjustment recently and feel I'm more in like but was told I'm one of highest paid now which seems far less than market
They vary widely practice to practice. TAS versus PI, FSO to risk, Top MBA versus not, these are all over the place which highlights consistency issues EY has.
I know folks getting paid 125 for Senior 3 in risk
Yes for MBA
Then yeah, probably underpaid
What's the expectation should be?
Post MBA starting is around 135...
Hmm
Seniors coming in from bschool are around 135, but that's for target schools only. Otherwise it's a little lower, but I'm not sure by how much
Which comes back to point that given salary is low
EY3: it depends on whether you're an experienced hire or not. There's a one time premium paid to experienced hires that evens out over time
When you make SM it starts to come into balance
Senior 3 without MBA at 100 is average from what I've seen (for PI)
